Summer! it is hottest time of the year, many problems like when you start to get tanned and sun burned in summer, losing hair due to summer heat etc are common. This small article will covers some common ingredients good for sun burns and which also minimizes the effect of the heat in summer. 1.Chamomile Tea

Chamomile Tea is anti-inflammatory and antioxidant-rich in nature which helps to improve healing, reduces the blemishes & wrinkles on the face. Drinking the Chamomile Tea helps purifying the skin.

2. Aloe Vera

Aloe Vera is rich in anti-inflammatory properties, which help to reduce the sun burn from UV rays and have a soothing effect on the skin. You can use aloevera ice cubes which give soothing effect on the skin.

3.Coconut oil

Coconut oil is used on hair to strengthen the hair roots which prevents hair fall. It can also be used remove summer tan and bring back original skintone. Cocunut oil can also be used for mild sunburns as it soothes the skin.

4. Honey

If you want silky hair in summer, use honey as it acts as a natural agent for moisturising hair. It helps in the cleansing of the scalp without losing away any natural oils.

5. Sea Salt

Sea salt is widely used as an exfoliant, the salt minerals help to open pores for deeper cleansing, it also increases the blood flow which purifies the skin.

6. Baking Soda

Baking Soda can be used to remove the tan from the skin as it exfoliate the dead cells and increases new skin cells giving back the original skin tone. Mix the baking soda and water to create a paste. Use this paste on the skin and gently exfoliate to remove the dead cells.

7. Tea Bags
